Brey-KrauseThis 8" Brey-Krause stainless steel dock cleat combine the strength and durability of stainless steel with the aesthetic qualities that enhance the appearance of any dock-front property. This cleat has been load tested to over 2,000 lbs.

While generic aluminum dock cleats dull and pit over time, stainless steel dock cleats look better with age. The stainless steel dock cleats are fabricated from 16 gauge (.065 wall) 304 series stainless steel tubing with a brushed satin finish. The mounting flanges are stamped from 7 gauge 304 series stainless steel with two mounting holes per flange. All welds are tig welded.

Corrosion of the Brey-Krause dock cleats is minimized with weld passivation in compliance with the following specifications:

• ASTM A967-05E2 Practice C: Standard Specification for Chemical Passivation Treatments for Stainless Steel Part

If you'd like to add color to your dock, the stainless dock cleats are also available in a variety of polyester powder coated finishes optimized for UV and corrosion resistance.
